(CBS News) Bruce Springsteen has been named the 2013 MusiCares’ Person of the Year.
The Boss will receive the distinction on Feb. 8, 2013, two days before the 55th annual Grammy Awards.
The 20-time Grammy winner is being recognized for his accomplishments and charitable work. Springsteen has long been associated with organizations aimed at alleviating homelessness and hunger.
